Qualified candidates should expect after training and licensing requirements are completed, to work within a team environment of highly ethical and motivated independent investment advisors providing comprehensive financial services. Our focus is on meeting client objectives rather than pushing product. You’ll be expected to: help clients quantify financial objectives, financial analysis, provide suitable recommendations, placement and review of the plan for the clients. As part of the on-going internal training, candidates will present their case work weekly in a “no client name” review, explaining their findings, and making their recommendations respective of product knowledge, regulations, U.S. tax code and client suitability. Candidates will be expected to complete leadership, ethics and continuing licensing training to maintain proficiency and competency. Branch manager positions will require higher level certification and licensing, (CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, CFA®, JD)
